read the book The Absolutely True Diary of a Part Time Indian. This was very
interesting book. The main character
Arnold is a full blooded Indian, and lives on a reservation with his family and
friends. Arnold is kicked out of his school on the reservation and decides to
go to an all-white school that is off of the campus. Arnold is bullied and not
excepted because he is Indian, back at home his friends call him a traitor and
want nothing with him. He falls in love with a girl and reunites with his best
friend Rowdy. I chose this book because it seemed very interesting to me, the
cover reminded me of the book and movie “Indian in the Cubort,” it’s one of my
favorite movies. I personally liked the book because there was always something
going on In the book. If I were to rate this book between 0-10 I would give it
an 8. It’s not my favorite book but it was a good book.
